Work at the toothpaste manufacturing unit of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd at Goa has resumed following an amicable resolution reached between the company management and the workmen, who were on strike since January 6.
With the settlement reached before the Labour Commissioner, Goa, late last evening, the workmen have resumed work effective first shift of today.
The unauthorised stoppage of work from January 6, 2013, has had a minimal impact on the business, the company said.
