TI Cycles launches new bicycle range for kids

TI Cycles of India, one of the leading bicycle manufacturers in the country and a part of Rs 24,350 crore Murugappa Group, today announced the launch of its new bicycle Hercules “AF ONE,” a bike inspired by the symbols, language and imagery of the air force.

This bike is designed for children in the age group of 6-8 years and is the second in the series inspired by the armed forces. The first model “Ambush” was launched last year and was inspired by the symbols and colours of the army.

Geared and Shox (with shock absorbers) Versions of Ambush and AF One will also be launched soon, providing a complete range of bikes for children to choose from. The new Hercules “AF ONE” will be available in bicycle outlets across the country.

K R Chandrasekaran, COO, TI Cycles of India in a statement said, “TI Cycles has launched this product inspired by the air force, on Republic Day. In our own way, we hope this will help children relate better to the armed forces.”

As a part of the Republic Day celebrations, TI Cycles of India also conducted a cycle ride “Salute to the Armed Forces,” here. The objective of this ride was to increase awareness among children about the armed forces and get them to appreciate the bravery and sacrifice of the men in uniform.
