TVS Auto Assist (TVS AA), which offers 24X7 breakdown assistance service, and Paytm Mall have announced a partnership under which car and bike owners can purchase breakdown assistance services on Paytm Mall.
By visiting Paytm Mall and tapping on the ‘Roadside rescue’ service within the ‘Cars & Bikes’ category, users can buy breakdown assistance services of TVS AA, which is a 51:49 JV between TVS Automobile Solutions and The Automobile Association, UK.
Also on offer is ‘Women Assist’ for women passengers travelling between 8 pm and 5 am, said a statement. To begin with, this service will be offered in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
TVS AA is extending its services to non-members as well through a ‘pay-per-use’ model.
