The list features 97 women leaders across five core pillars including wealth creation, value creation, philanthropy, cultural and start-ups.

Other top women wealth creators include Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw & family of Biocon ( ₹32,000 crore) and Falguni Nayar & family of Nyyka.
Shanti Ekambaram, Deputy Managing Director of Kotak Mahindra Bank leads the list of women professionals while Roshni Nadar Malhotra, Chairperson of HCL Technologies topped the list of Next generation women leaders.
Rohini Nilekani topped the philanthropy list with total donations of ₹154 crore and Devanshi Kejriwal, 28, was young women leader as she co-founded Skillmatics which redefines the early learning process.

The average age of 97 women featured in the list was 51 years, while 25 per cent of them were aged between 26 and 36 years, representing a significant representation of young leaders.
