Vodafone India today unveiled its high power network centres here to measure and improve customer experience and service quality on real time.
The Super Network Operations Centre (SNOC) and Super Network Experience Centre have brought IT and telecom convergence.
The telecom major calls SNOC as The Vodafone Heart, as it has brought 22 markets in India under one roof to set up a converged network operating centre, the company officials said in a press meet.
