Singapore-based Fortis Global Healthcare Pvt Limited would be listed on overseas stock markets, said a top official of the Fortis group.
“We will definitely go for listing on overseas exchanges,” Fortis Global Healthcare chairman Mr Malvinder Mohan Singh said here last night. He said that the company, which focuses on delivery of healthcare in Asian countries, would see more acquisitions this year.
Fortis Global yesterday night announced acquisition of two healthcare networks in Hong Kong and Australia. Besides, the company also launched the third Fortis medical facility in the city. Mr Singh said that Fortis would make Kolkata its eastern regional hub.
