The second international Maha Ganapathi Sathram will be held at the Nehru Stadium, Kottayam, from November 17-27.
One of the main features of the Sathram is the Ashtadravya Maha Ganapathi Homam which effectively removes all unhygienic elements in the earth, water and air and cleans our minds of all impurities, said Dr. J. Prameela Devi, Chairperson of the Sathram. There would be spiritual and religious lectures on all the days.
The ‘Vidwal Sadas' or scholarly assembles will be organised every afternoon to discuss Ayurveda, Vasthuvidya, Thanthric Sasthra, Astrology, she said.
