Thai firm to invest ₹1,000 crore bl-premium-article-image

CPF Group of Thailand has proposed to invest ₹1,000 crore in shrimp and chicken processing plants in Andhra Pradesh. The company has thus far invested about ₹600 crore in various plants for shrimp and fish feed mill, poultry feed mill, hatcheries and farms. It now looks at backward integration projects for farms and hatcheries. A delegation including Chaiaporn Montha, Vice Chairman of CPF India, met Chief minister N Chandrababau Naidu to express their interest.
