SR Satishchandra has been unanimously elected as the President of Central Arecanut and Cocoa Marketing and Processing Cooperative (Campco) Ltd and Shankaranarayana Bhat K as the Vice-President for a period of five years.
A native of Punacha village in Bantwal taluk of Dakshina Kannada district, Satishchandra has served in various cooperative institutions in the district. The annual general body meeting has given its approval for the cooperative to enter the pepper market.
