Despite strong global cues, majority of oils in Indore mandis traded lower on weak physical demand with soy refined quoted at ₹742-45 for 10 kg, while soy solvent ruled at ₹705-10. Cotton oil (Gujarat) traded lower at ₹757-60, while groundnut oil ruled firm at ₹840-60. Mustard seeds in Indore mandis rising to ₹4,200 a quintal, while raida ruled at ₹3,800. Weak availability of mustard seeds with the crushers also perked up plant deliveries of mustard seeds for Jaipur line to ₹4,320-25 . In futures also, mustard seeds traded higher with its August contract closing ₹45 higher at ₹4,171 .
