Hardly different from Congress budgets: D Raja

D Raja, CPI leader, Rajya Sabha MP , flayed the budget. ​"It's a corporate-friendly Budget with focus on PPPs and FDI and is hardly any different from ​Congress budgets. Rural development and social schemes have got a raw deal, while smart cities have been given big allocation," he said.
