The Union Minister for Corporate Affairs, Mr M. Veerappa Moily, on the sidelines of an event in Bangalore said the new Companies Bill will go to the Cabinet in the next 20-25 days.
“The Bill has been circulated among all the Ministries. It is a state-of-the-art Bill, and is likely to go to the Cabinet soon; very likely that it will come to the Cabinet in 20-25 days,” he said.
