Generally, career should happen by design. In India, due to the prevailing circumstance, it happens by default. Either way, there are a set of things that need to be looked into.
Speaking on “Applying 4 Ps for MBA’, in the lecture sponsored by the State Bank of Hyderabad, Harimohan said management graduates should place great importance to product, price, place and promotion as they handle challenging tasks, responsibilities and issues in their career.
He stated that the product stands as our life, price is key to success, place acts as venue for our commitments to be successful, and promotion acts as achievement for our designed career.
