Kul Bhushan is new Rly board member

Mr Kul Bhushan has taken over as new Member Electrical, Railway Board and ex-officio Secretary to Government of India. Prior to this, he was the General Manager, Central Railway, Mumbai, with additional charge of Western Railway. He will continue to hold the post of GM, Central Railway, in addition to his present post until further orders, said an official release.
