L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Ltd Chairman Y.M.Deosthalee and Managing Director V.B. Gadgil met Chief Minister N.Kiran Kumar Reddy and apprised him about the progress of the project. Depot works at Uppal and Miyapur and casting yard works at Uppal are progressing at a brisk pace, they said.
Deosthalee said L&T will mobilise more machinery and manpower if additional work fronts are given to them in the metro rail corridors. Promising full support of the Government to the project, the Chief Minister assured them that the special task force headed by the Chief Secretary would meet more frequently and resolve issues.
