When it's difficult to take a decision, leave it to a committee.
That is what the board of trustees of Mumbai port did last week when it had to take a decision on the action against the port officials who were held responsible for the gas leak in the port last year. The investigation panel had held four officials of Mumbai port, among others, guilty of the gas leak which affected nearly 100 people.
The board had decided to set up a six-member committee to study the investigation report and recommend action to be taken.
