AirAsia launches ‘Fly-Thru’ service to Singapore via KL

The 'FlyThru' service from Kolkata and Tiruchirapalli will enable AirAsia guests to connect to their onward flights to Singapore conveniently through Kuala Lumpur

Low-cost carrier AirAsia will offer its new Fly-Thru' service from Kolkata and Tiruchirapalli to Singapore effective June 25.

The service will enable AirAsia guests to connect to their onward flights to Singapore conveniently through Kuala Lumpur.

The Fly-Thru service will ensure that guests do not have to go through immigration, collect their baggage, re-check-in for their onward flight or obtain a transit visa. They will be able to transfer seamlessly through the Fly-Thru transfer hall in the LCC Terminal, Kuala Lumpur, where they will be issued a second boarding pass while their bags will be checked-through directly to Singapore, says a press release from the airline.

AirAsia is launching the Fly-Thru service at an all inclusive fare of Rs 7,113 from Kolkata/Tiruchirappalli to Singapore via Kuala Lumpur.

The offer will be available for bookings at www.airasia.com from now to June 30 for travel from July 1 to December 15.
