Online taxi aggregator Ola has announced the launch of auto-rickshaws on its platform in Thiruvananthapuram. Ola’s auto service is now available in two cities in Kerala and 71 across the country, said Sundeep Sahni, Vice-President, New Initiatives, Ola. Customers can book auto-rickshaws from the ‘Auto’ category on the Ola app. They will also get a system-generated bill immediately on completion over SMS.
