Virgin Atlantic will be starting a new service from Delhi to New York’s John F Kennedy airport via London Heathrow.

The new service will commence from October 28 and will complement the airline’s existing same day connection from Delhi to Newark via London Heathrow.

The new service is being launched to build upon the airline’s strong performance to Newark from Delhi and to capitalise on the growing passenger numbers to New York and the US.

Passengers arriving from Delhi land at Heathrow shortly before 6 p.m. (local time) and will depart for John F Kennedy airport at 7.25 p.m. before landing in New York around 11.30 p.m (local time).

On their return, passengers will depart John F Kennedy airport at 8.40 a.m. (local time) and land into Heathrow at 7.40 p.m. local time.
