Music directors of 'Delhi Safari' to share revenue with producer

'Delhi Safari', the 3D animated film directed by Nikhil Advani, revolves around the preservation of the environment and is a celebration of wildlife.

Shankar Ehsaan Loy are busy with their brand new venture. The music directors of animated film Delhi Safari have decided to share 50 per cent of the music revenues with the producer in a first for the industry.

The 3D animated film, directed by Nikhil Advani, revolves around the preservation of the environment and is a celebration of wildlife.

The story revolves around five animals of the Borivili National Park that decide to meet the Prime Minister in Delhi with a plea to stop builders from encroaching on their forests. The film has been produced by Krayon Pictures, a Pune-based 3D animation studio.

The producers have gone the extra mile by dubbing the movie in multiple languages including English, Spanish, French and Russian to cater to an international audience.

Some of the tracks have been sung by international music sensation, Vanessa Williams, who has smash hits such as Save the Best for Last and A Thousand Miles to her credit. She has also lent her voice to one of the main characters of the film, Begum-Mother Leopard.

The movie has been showcased at leading film festivals.
