The Government has taken note of the Supreme Court's observations, and promised to take action against the Pune-based stud-farm owner, Mr Hasan Ali Khan, who is facing charges of stashing money in tax havens.
The Finance Minister, Mr Pranab Mukherjee, said on the sidelines of a CII event: “That is being taken care of. We have noted the observations of the Supreme Court. All appropriate action will be taken.”
