AP introduces revised pay scales as per PRC

Andhra Pradesh Government has issued orders introducing the revised scales of pay recommended by the 10th Pay Revision Commission giving a fitment benefit of 43 per cent on basic pay as against 29 per cent recommended by the PRC.

According to a statement issued by Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, State Finance Minister, the State Government has also issued orders revising the rates of Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance as recommended by the Commission.

In addition, orders were issued consolidating the pension consequent to revision of pay scales allowing a fitment benefit of 43 per cent basic pension.
