Volkswagen launches Jetta upgraded version

German car maker Volkswagen today launched an upgraded version of premium sedan Jetta in India, priced in the range of Rs 13.70-19.43 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

“We are sure that the new Jetta, with its range of petrol and diesel engine options and optional 6-speed DSG automatic transmission, will offer a delightful driving experience for premium segment car buyers in the Indian market,” Volkswagen Passenger Cars Managing Director Arvind Saxena said.

With festive season underway, Volkswagen now has a full line-up of new and updated cars for the Indian market, starting from new versions of the Polo, Cross Polo, Polo GT TSI and Polo GT TDI, Vento TSI and the new Jetta, Saxena said.

The updated version of Jetta comes with various new features, including Xenon headlamps with headlamp washers, LED daytime running lights and new 16-inch alloy wheels.

Other features of the vehicle include dual-zone climatronic AC, 12-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat and 60:40 folding rear seat.
