Business process and technology management firm Genpact Ltd on Wednesday said its service contracts with Momentive Performance Materials for order-to-cash (OTC) and collections have got a five-year extension.
In addition, Momentive Speciality Chemicals has engaged Genpact in a new five-year deal to manage its order management services, it said in a statement.
Genpact would provide its business process management services to Momentive’s divisions in Europe.
“Momentive is one of Genpact’s first clients served out of our Bucharest delivery centre, so we have evolved as Momentive has continued to grow into a stronger company. We look forward to optimising the OTC and collections processes for all its divisions that will result in greater business outcomes,” Mr Patrick Cogny, senior vice-president and business leader, Genpact, said.
The US-based Momentive provides chemicals and materials to industrial and consumer companies. The company uses its technology portfolio to deliver solutions to meet needs of its customers around the world.
