The Mangalore-based Diya Systems Pvt Ltd, an IT-enabled service provider, has received ISO 9001-2008 quality management system certification.
Addressing presspersons here on Monday, Divakara Alva, Project Director of Diya Systems, said the ‘Registration Audit’ of the company was performed by GMSQR Certification Pvt Ltd. The certification is effective from July 10, 2013, to July 10, 2016, he said.
The ISO certification will help Diya Systems ensure that the company meets the needs of customers by regulating management processes, he said.
The company, which has around 1,100 employees, operates in the field of information technology (IT) and IT-enabled services. Apart from some international clients in the US, the company also serves the domestic market.
