OnMobile divests French arm

Two months after it first announced divesture of its French subsidiary Voxmobili SA to Synchronoss Technologies, OnMobile Global today announced to the stock exchanges that it has fully divested from its French subsidiary. The Bangalore-based value-added services provider that had signed the share purchase agreement with Synchronoss, with the closure of this deal, gets around $26 million, the company said in a statement. Synchronoss, a New Jersey headquartered company, provides mobile cloud solutions.
