Prithvi launches solution for telcos

Prithvi Information Solutions has launched UnChurn, a solution that helps telecom companies analyse and identify possible reasons for churning of subscribers. “It analyses network-driven, peer-pull and competition-driven churns. It factors in billing details, call usage pattern, customer care response and demographic information to create individualised customer profiles in near real time,” a company press release said here. This would help telecom companies in tackling losses in the mobile number portability regime, it added.
