Rajasthan BSNL has announced a “free data roaming” for its 3G pre-aid customers anywhere in the country besides reduction in such tariff plans.
The charges for 1GB data download has been reduced from Rs 250 to Rs 139 to prepaid customers from Independence Day, Sanjay Kumar, GM - Marketing, Rajasthan Telecom Circle, BSNL said in a statement here today.
BSNL has also given free data (3G) roaming throughout India to prepaid customers, Kumar said.
3G service is available in more than 1,300 cities across the country and it is being expanded day by day, Kumar said.
BSNL is also considering providing this free data roaming to 3G post-paid customers from next month, he said.
