The academy will provide industry-relevant courses in AI, cybersecurity and networking to students and government employees in the State.

The collaboration aims to build the State’s digital skills capacity through expanded NetAcad access across higher education, vocational institutions, and government officers reskilling programmes.

“The expansion of NetAcad across Telangana’s higher education and vocational institutions will help bridge the gap by providing students with job-ready skills. The initiative will also support government-led reskilling efforts by offering AI learning content and assessments to government employees so that they have the necessary skills to navigate the digital economy,” a statement said.

“Through these partnerships, learners will have access to a mix of self-learning and instructor-led courses on the NetAcad platform. Additionally, students can participate in a virtual internship programme to gain hands-on experience,” it said.
