Entain India’s Hyderabad GCC to deliver 85% of Entain group’s global software engineering and technology services

The team in Hyderabad provides platform architecture, AI-driven personalisation, real-time trading engines and high-scale consumer experiences across regulated markets.

Entain India opens a Global Capability Centre (GCC) here for its parent company, Entain, bringing about 3,400 employees working at different facilities under one roof.

“We have rebranded our India operations of Ivy, an engineering and delivery arm for Entain, into Entain India. The rebranding aligns India’s engineering and delivery functions with Entain’s global strategy,” Anthil Anbazhagan, Managing Director, Entain India, said.

“Our employees will work in a hybrid mode, delivering 85 per cent of the group’s global software engineering and technology services. This would include product development, platform engineering, experience design, and advanced analytics,” he said.

Entain group is a sports betting and gaming solutions company.

The team in Hyderabad provides platform architecture, AI-driven personalisation, real-time trading engines and high-scale consumer experiences across regulated markets.

“The rebranding to Entain India, along with the launch of our new Hyderabad campus, reflects our evolution and positions us to better support Entain’s growth plans,” he said.

Anbazhagan said that the company is constantly hiring and continuously scaling, with quarterly recruitment varying based on business needs, from 100 to 150 people in some quarters to around 50 people in others.
