Infosys board member resigns

Carol M. Browner has resigned as Member of the Board and Independent Director of Infosys. In a notification to the exchanges, Infosys said that due to personal reasons she has resigned.

Browner was appointed to the Infosys Board in April 2014. Before that she served as Director of the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change Policy in the Obama administration from 2009 to 2011 and has previously served as Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) during the Clinton administration from 1993 to 2001.
