Wipro has said that it is the only Indian IT company on human resource consulting firm Aon Hewitt's “Top Companies for Leaders” global list.
Mr Ajay Soni, Asia-Pacific Head for Leadership Consulting, Aon Hewitt said, “We observed Wipro to be exceptional on three accounts, namely exposure and challenge key to development of talent, formal and informal mentoring and good process of top leadership and Board involvement in developing the leadership pipeline.”
