Delhi-based home and healthcare start-up Healers at Home has raised a second round of funding for an undisclosed amount to expand its services at home.

The start-up has raised funds from Let’s Venture and Chandigarh Angels Network that saw participation from Jay Patel (US-based Doctor and Investor – Chandigarh Angels), Chand Das (former CEO of ITC) and Pawan Kumar (former President of IBM Global Services).

The start-up had raised its first round in 2015 from a few angel investors including Daljit Singh of Fortis Healthcare and ISB founder Pramath Raj Sinha among others. Founded in 2014 by Kshitij Garg, an IIT Kanpur alumnus, the start-up provides customers yoga and physiotherapy services to its users at their homes in Delhi-NCR and with the fresh funds, it wants to go deeper in this market besides investing in technology.

“We have gained good momentum in the last one year, especially in terms of number of customers. The idea this time is to sustain that momentum and also enrich our services in terms of quality,” said Garg, Founder of Healers at Home. The start-up has grown ten times in terms of traction and revenue in 2016 and has reached over one lakh home visits in last one year.

“Healers at Home is transforming the healthcare at home segment. What attracted us is that their services go beyond the pills and medicines,” Jay Patel, a US-based Doctor and Investor — Chandigarh Angels Network, said.
