Three more BlackBerry phones launched

Research In Motion has launched three new BlackBerry smartphones in India. The three new phones are based on BlackBerry 7 operating system.

The phones — BlackBerry Bold 9790, BlackBerry Curve 9350 and BlackBerry Curve 9380 — are expected to be available nationally starting the first week of December.

"We are pleased with the response that the new BlackBerry 7 operating system is receiving from customers in India and we are very excited to introduce these three new BlackBerry 7-based models here,” said Mr Krishnadeep Baruah, Director of Marketing for India at Research In Motion. The phones are priced between Rs 20,990 and Rs 27,490.
