Bajaj Hindusthan appoints Ved Prakash Agrawal as CFO

Bajaj Hindusthan, in a filing to the stock exchanges, said following the approval of the audit committee on October 18, Ved Prakash Agrawal has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the company in the place of Anand Kumar Kanodia.
