Karuturi Global allots shares to Bennett Coleman

Karuturi Global Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on Tuesday, has approved the allotment of 34,72,222 equity shares to Bennett Coleman & Company Ltd, on preferential basis, at Rs 21.60 a share.
