WW Technology Holdings said it has allotted 13.5 lakh fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at par upon conversion of convertible warrants.
The company informed the stock exchange that the allottees of the convertible warrants had paid the balance 75 per cent and requested the conversion.
