The wholesale sugar prices remained flat in the national capital on Tuesday on sporadic buying activity against adequate stocks position. Marketmen said adequate stocks position against restricted buying activity mainly held the prices unaltered.
The following are today’s quotations, a quintal: Sugar ready M-30 2,950-3,050 and S-30 2,925-3,015. Mill delivery M-30 2,730-2,960 and S-30 2,720-2,950.
Sugar mill gate prices (excluding duty): Kinonni 2,930, Asmoli 2,920, Mawana 2,865, Titabi 2,850, Thanabhavan 2,760, Budhana 2750 and Dorala 2,840.
