Despite poor crop chana prices slip

Despite poor crop report and decline in sowing area, increased availability of the government stock have dragged chana prices in the past one week by ₹200 with chana (kanta) quoted at ₹4,275-4,300 a quintal, while chana (desi) ruled at ₹4,200-4,250 and chana (vishal) at ₹4,200 .
