Pepper prices on Wednesday remained unchanged on limited activities. No trading activities were reported except for some buying and selling on the IPSTA platform. There was neither any arrival nor any sale today.
The growing areas experienced good sun shine today and that in turn might lead to some arrivals on Thursday, provided the material is available, market sources told Business Line.
Spot prices remained unchanged at ₹71,500 for ungarbled and ₹74,500 for garbled a quintal. Export prices were at $12,800 (c&f) for Europe and $13,050 a tonne (c&f) for the US.
