Tea Board has fixed the average price of green leaf supplied by small growers in the Nilgiris district during December at₹16.09 a kg. “This has been fixed based on the consolidated sale average price of CTC teas from bought-leaf factories in the auctions held in November”, Tea Board Deputy Director CS Hariprakash said.
