At the Erode Turmeric Merchants Association Sales Yard, the finger turmeric sold at ₹5,369 to ₹6,855 a quintal, root variety sold at ₹5,255 to ₹6,011 a quintal. At the Regulated Marketing Committee, the finger turmeric sold at ₹5,393 to ₹6,455 a quintal, while the root variety sold at ₹5,109 to ₹6014 a quintal.
