Uptrend in soya oil continues

The uptrend in soya oil continued on strong global cues and slack availability of soyabean seeds with crushers. Soya refined rose to ₹738-40 for 10 kg, while soya solvent ruled at ₹705-10. In futures, January and February contracts on the NCDEX on Monday closed at ₹3,216 and ₹3,270 respectively. Plant deliveries of soyabean was at ₹3,280 a quintal. Soy DOC on the spot ruled at ₹23,500-24,000 amid slack domestic demand.
