Crisil upgrades ratings of Krystal Integrated

Total bank facilities rated have increased from ₹188 crore to ₹288 crore

Krystal Integrated Services Limited has received an upgrade in its credit rating from Crisil for its bank facilities. Crisil has upgraded its long-term rating to A-/stable from BBB+/positive and short-term rating to A2+ from A2.

This reflects the company’s strong financial health, operational excellence and sustained business growth. The total bank facilities rated have increased from ₹188 crore to ₹288 crore, the company said in a note.

Sanjay Dighe, CEO, Krystal Integrated Services, said, “We are pleased to receive an upgraded credit rating from Crisil for our bank loan facilities. Additionally, the increase in rated bank facilities to ₹288 crore underscores our ongoing expansion and growth plans. This upgrade, coupled with our strategic efforts to raise funds, will fuel the company’s anticipated growth in the coming months as we diversify and scale up our business in the domains of waste management – Solid and Liquid, Operations & Maintenance, Technical Facility Management.”
