Updated - June 18, 2018 at 10:17 PM.

YES Bank on Monday said it has received final approval and registration from market regulator SEBI to act as a custodian of securities. “Custodial services will complement YES Bank’s existing capital market offerings and enable the bank to play a larger role in channelising domestic and foreign investments into Indian financial markets,” said Rana Kapoor, Managing Director & CEO, YES Bank.

The licence will allow the lender to offer custodial services to financial market participants, including foreign institutional investors and foreign portfolio investors. Our Bureau
