Gold futures on the MCX opened marginally lower at Rs 29,470 per 10 gm on Thursday against the previous close of Rs 29,489. It made a high of Rs 29,505 and low of Rs 29,410. It was down by 0.23 per cent at Rs 29,420 at 12.50 pm.
In Comex, the yellow metal for April delivery was down by $2 at $1,586 a troy ounce at 12.50 pm.
