BSE joins hands with Tata Docomo to offer free wifi to the public

The BSE will provide high-speed Wi-Fi services, jointly with Tata Docomo, around PJ Towers in Mumbai to public free-of-charge for 4 hours in a day to start with.

The service was officially unveiled by Minister for Communications & Information Technology Ravi Shankar Prasad on Sunday.

“Mumbai is the financial hub of India and the BSE represents one of the key business centres in the city. Our aim is to modernise such influential structures that represent the true spirit of a metro like Mumbai,” said Prasad.

“This initiative is a stepping stone in our endeavour towards evolving infrastructure development across the state; given the significance of internet these days, this will definitely benefit everyone,” he added.
