Route One Fund today acquired more than 84,000 shares of UB group company McDowell Holdings for about Rs 72 lakh.
According to the bulk deal data of stock exchanges, Route One Fund I LP bought 84,603 shares of McDowell Holdings.
The shares were purchased at average price of Rs 84.98 apiece aggregating the deal size to Rs 71.89 lakh.
In October, Route One Fund had acquired about 2.90 lakh shares in McDowell Holdings through open market transactions.
Shares of McDowell Holdings dipped by 0.35 per cent to settle at Rs 85 apiece on the BSE.
