KNR Constructions has bagged an order worth ₹68.37 crore from the Project Director, KSHIP, Government of Karnataka. The order has to be executed within 24 months from the appointed date, it informed the exchanges. Shares of KNR Constructions closed at ₹217.75 on the NSE, down 0.25 per cent over the previous day’s close.
IG Petrochemicals has informed the exchanges that it is planning a maintenance shutdown of its plant at Taloja, Maharashtra, during September. The company, however, has not provided any other details. Shares of IG Petrochemicals crashed 4.97 per cent on the NSE to close at ₹57.40.
The board of directors of Genus Power Infrastructures on Thursday approved to transfer/ sell/ dispose of the company’s home and industrial products business. The division manufactures inverters/UPS, solar PCU and batteries. The hive-off is however, subject to approval from members and other regulatory authorities, the company said. Shares of Genus Power edged down 0.5 per cent at ₹30.7 on the NSE.
