Goenka Diamond and Jewels has informed the exchanges that the meeting of its board of directors scheduled to be held on Wednesday has been adjourned for a week. This is on account of the proceedings before the Company Law Board, it said. The stock of Goenka Diamond gained 1.3 per cent at ₹4 on the NSE.
